Farm-to-Fork Dinner: A Celebration of Local Flavor

Join us for an unforgettable evening under the Kansas sky as we celebrate the bounty of our region at the Farm-to-Fork Dinner. Enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu featuring ingredients sourced directly from local farms, wineries, and small businesses — all brought together by the incredible team at Barbwire Barbecue.

This exclusive dinner experience includes live music by The Nite Owls and a selection of local wines and brews to complement every bite.

Ticketing Options

  • $400 Table of Six
    Enjoy the evening with friends or family! Includes meals and two drink tickets per guest — a $50 savings.

Parking: Please park at Eudora Elementary School. Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the venue.

The Menu

Salad:
Spring mix with cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar, Cheddar’s onion beer bread croutons, and choice of ranch or balsamic vinaigrette. Served with fresh-baked dinner rolls.

Entrée:
Slow-smoked pork loin, seasoned with Barbwire’s signature rub.

Sides:

  • Sweet potatoes with marshmallows

  • Roasted butternut squash & Brussels sprouts with maple balsamic glaze and walnuts

Dessert:
Fresh-baked apple crisp with vanilla bean ice cream
