This season, you’ll find us gathering in different locations across town—bringing the same energy, connection, and small-town charm you know and love. Enjoy live music, food trucks, local vendors, and family-friendly activities, with each event offering something a little unique. It’s your favorite market experience—just in new places. Responsibility for Loss or Theft

Vendors shall be solely responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to property or work displayed and will not hold the Eudora Convention and Visitors Bureau or the City of Eudora for liability of such. By registering your booth, you agree to these terms.

Rejection

The Eudora Convention and Visitors Bureau reserves the right to reject any vendor application for any reason.

State Regulations

Collecting sales tax at special events ensures a level playing field to all customers and vendors, maintains tax compliance with Kansas tax laws and regulations, and improves the local economy. Sales tax is paid to the retailer/vendor by the consumer, remitted to the State by the retailer/vendor, and districted by the State to the City and County where the sale is made.

Kansas requires that all person and entities making retail sales, collecting admissions, and/or renting a tangible personal property in Kansas, collect and remit sales tax, even if selling only once per year. This includes not-for-profit organizations that are not tax-exempt.

As part of the vendor registration process, each vendor must submit their Kansas tax identification or social security number on their registration form.

Please register for each Main Street Market you wish to attend in 2026. By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and phone number, will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. The Eudora Convention and Visitors Bureau is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is used solely for the purposes of event management, communication, and related activities.

Interested in becoming a vendor?

General Information:

Location: Varying locations in 2026 (Make note when you register!)

Market Dates: June 11 & 12 (in conjunction with the Eudora CPA Picnic and Carnival), July 3, August 7, September 26

Event Time:

  • Thursday night markets - 5:30 to 8:30pm

  • Friday night markets - 5:30 to 9:00pm

  • Saturday markets - 10:00 am to 3:00pm

The 2026 Vendor Registration Form can be located at the bottom of this page. The Main Street Market will not accept applications from direct sales and commercial vendors (unless the commercial vendor is an event sponsor). Vendors are required to complete a registration form for each Market event.

PLEASE NOTE: Booth space will not be confirmed until payment is received in full.

Vendor Cost

Vendor cost is $30 per Main Street Market for a 10’ x 10’ dedicated booth space. If a vendor would like more than one booth space, they will need to register for how many booth spaces they would like to occupy at a rate of $30/booth space.

Eudora Chamber of Commerce members and 501(c)3 organizations are eligible for a fee reduction of $25/ booth space. A copy of your 501(c)3 must be provided at the time of application.

Food trucks are charged $50 per Main Street Market. All food trucks must have secured a mobile food truck permit from the City of Eudora.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, and all other booth furnishings.

Only one business is allowed per booth space.

Electricity is not available for vendor booths at the Main Street Market.

Food Vendors (not food trucks) must follow all Kansas Farmer’s Market rules and regulations. If food is to be prepared onsite, a food permit is required by the City of Eudora. A copy of your permit must be submitted with your application. In addition, your Kansas food license must be submitted with your application. Application will NOT be approved until all required licenses have been submitted.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued for any reason. The Main Street Market is a RAIN or SHINE event. Reschedules will not occur, and the event will only be cancelled in the event of severe weather with high winds. Fees are non-refundable.
