🍔🏈 Hometown Tailgate Cookoff – Saturday, September 27th 🏆
Get ready for a friendly but fierce showdown of tailgate favorites right here in Eudora!

📅 Date & Time: Saturday, September 27th • Noon–3 PM
📍 Location: Village Green

🔥 The Challenge:
Teams will battle it out in three mouthwatering categories:
1️⃣ Best Handheld Item – Think chicken wings, street tacos, sliders, or other bite-sized favorites.
2️⃣ Best Tailgate Side Dish – The perfect complement to game-day eats.
3️⃣ Best Tailgate Dessert – Sweet endings worth cheering for.

💵 Cost for Teams: Free to enter!
Teams must provide at least 125 bite-sized samples for attendees (not full meals).
You can compete in one category or all three — but each category requires its own setup.

🏅 How It Works:
Paying attendees will receive voting tokens and choose their favorites in each category. Proceeds benefit the Eudora Youth Football & Cheerleading Association (EYFCA).

💰 Cash Prizes:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each category will take home cash prizes!

🏕 What We Provide:

  • A 10x10 space at Village Green

  • Access to grilling/cooking space (if needed)

What Teams Provide:

  • Tables, chairs, and serving supplies

  • Safe food handling (a brief food safety meeting will be held prior)
