Join us on Saturday, September 26, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM inside the Eudora Recreation Center Gymnasium for a day filled with sports cards, trading card games (TCGs), memorabilia, collectibles, and more. Browse vendor tables featuring vintage and modern sports cards, Pokémon, non-sports cards, sealed products, supplies, autographs, collectibles, and hobby accessories.
Best of all, your visit doesn't stop with the card show! The event is held in conjunction with Main Street Market – Kaw River Fest, where you'll enjoy local small business vendors, live music, delicious food trucks, family-friendly activities, and a vibrant community atmosphere.
Whether you're searching for your next card, looking to complete a set, trading with fellow collectors, or introducing your kids to the hobby, there's something for everyone at the Eudora Card & Collectibles Show.

By registering for the Eudora Card & Collectibles Show, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and phone number, will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Vendor Registration
Reserve your space at the Eudora Card & Collectibles Show!
Each vendor registration includes one 8-foot table and two chairs inside the Eudora Recreation Center Gymnasium for the Saturday, September 26 event. Vendor setup instructions and event details will be emailed prior to the show.
The Eudora Card & Collectibles Show is held in conjunction with Main Street Market – Kaw River Fest, bringing together collectors, families, and shoppers for a full day of sports cards, trading card games (TCGs), memorabilia, collectibles, local vendors, live music, and food trucks.
Vendor Registration Includes:
One (1) 8-foot table
Two (2) chairs
Indoor vendor space
Promotion through the Eudora Convention & Visitors Bureau
Opportunity to sell to attendees of both the card show and Main Street Market – Kaw River Fest
Registration Fee: $35 per table
Space is limited. Vendor registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Eudora Card & Collectibles Show is a great opportunity to showcase your inventory and connect with collectors from across northeast Kansas and the Kansas City metro. Whether you specialize in sports cards, trading card games (TCGs), memorabilia, comics, collectibles, hobby supplies, or other related items, we'd love to have you join us!
Each vendor registration includes:
One 8-foot table
Two chairs
10:00 AM–3:00 PM public shopping hours
Early vendor setup before the event
Promotion through the Eudora Convention & Visitors Bureau website and social media
The opportunity to participate alongside Main Street Market – Kaw River Fest, featuring small business vendors, live music, food trucks, and family-friendly activities that draw visitors throughout the day.
Vendor Registration: $35 per table
Space is limited and tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Responsibility for Loss or Theft
Vendors shall be solely responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to property or work displayed and will not hold the Eudora Convention and Visitors Bureau or the City of Eudora for liability of such. By registering your booth, you agree to these terms.
Rejection
The Eudora Convention and Visitors Bureau reserves the right to reject any vendor application for any reason.
